Ida Rolin Hancke developed an early connection to opera and the classical repertoire, growing up in a musical environment shaped by artistic curiosity and cultural exchange. Prior to founding Rolin Artists, she worked internationally in artist management and representation, collaborating across the classical music industry and with leading singers, conductors, and ensembles across Europe.

Her experience combines artistic insight with strategic clarity — a rare mix of creativity, empathy, and business precision that defines her approach to management.

Ida’s work has always been guided by a belief in genuine artistic partnership, integrity, and long-term thinking.

She founded Rolin Artists to bring a more personal, sustainable, and forward-looking philosophy to artist management — one rooted in quality, trust, and meaningful collaboration.
